EVERY BODY ONLINE CLASSES


I am offering a choice of classes streamed live throughout the week:


Monday 10 - 11 am   

Back Care / Mindful Movement

A class for anyone to ease gently into movement. We will drop and

release tensions shored up in areas of the body, breathe more

fully and deeply, to reach a sense of centre and grounded-ness.




Monday 7 - 8.30 pm   

Yoga

A strong and supportive practice moving through warm-up, standing

and floor sequences to finish with a relaxing savasana to close.



Wednesday 10 - 11 am

Pilates for Any and Every Body

A steady class for all, with adaptations mindful of various

musculoskeletal conditions and progressions for those open to a

level of challenge.



Wednesday 12.30 - 1 pm

Pilates for Beginners - FREE introductory sessions during June 2020

Learn fundamentals of the Pilates Method in this short lunchtime class that you can practice at home or as an introduction to joining an online class and get ready for life after lockdown!

Thursday 10 - 11 am

Chair-based Exercise

An uplifting class with seated and standing exercises to music for

posture, strength and balance - especially for anyone who finds

floor work less suitable.



Saturday 10 - 11.15 am

Weekend Pilates Yoga Flow

An extended class for the weekend taking you through the

a gentle warm up to reconnect mind to body, moving on to

stronger core work, building strength, challenge with balance

and control, finishing with a self-nurturing relaxation.



How to pay for your online class

The classes are offered on a donation basis with a suggested range depending on your ability to pay from a minimum of £3, £5, £10. You can pay via PayPal.


How to join the online class programme:


  1. To access any of the classes above you will need to download Zoom to your computer, laptop, iPad or mobile phone - just go to https://zoom.us/ IT’S FREE, QUICK & EASY.


  2. Then to register for any of the classes that you’d like to join please select your class and make your donation. Once you’ve done this and to make sure you are on the class list please email me at karenmoves@gmail.com


  3. You will need to clear a space for your mat and any hand props you like to use at hand (folded towel/head rest, cushion, blanket, etc). You can also do the class without any of these. For the Chair-based class all you need is a chair! Plus have your screen positioned for your ease of viewing. Make sure you enable zoom to access your camera and microphone otherwise you will not be able to join hear or see the class! Please also have our ringtone for an incoming calls or notifications on silence or turned off during the class.


  4. 20 minutes before the class starts I will send you an email with the zoom link to enable you to join the class.


  5. Please sign in to the class 5-10 minutes before the class starts - you may be placed in a waiting room before being admitted to the class - this is a zoom security feature. Please  select Speaker View for during the class.


  6. Registration for the class will close 20 minutes before the class start time.
